The site is run by Jeff Topper ("Topper," "I," or "me"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site is meant for adults 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18.

The book, the audio edition, my emails, and everything on this site are my original work and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to read, listen, and keep them for your own personal use.

Please don't copy, resell, republish, or pass them off as your own. If you'd like to share the book with a friend, the best way is to send them to this site so they can get their own free copy.

Everything I share is based on my own experience and opinions, and is meant for general education and encouragement. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
